I’m Lorenzo Diana.
I direct visual worlds — and let the machine do the generating.
I work between brand strategy, cinematic image-making, and generative systems. I came to artificial intelligence the way a director comes to a camera — not for the novelty, but because it widened what an image could be. The tool changed. The discipline didn’t: read the tension, frame the world, decide what becomes culture.
My eye wasn’t trained in a studio. It was trained in marketing and advertising — strategy, briefs, and the psychology of attention: why people look, what they want, what they remember. AI just gave that eye a wider field to direct. The instrument is new. The question is ancient: what makes someone stop?
The machine generates possibilities. The eye decides what becomes culture.
Lorenzo Diana is an AI-native cinematic studio for luxury fashion and beauty. It builds visual worlds — campaigns, editorials, brand systems — where AI expands the image field and taste edits it back into meaning. The output can be a film, an editorial, a brand interface, or a repeatable visual language. The value is never the output alone. It is the selection, the direction, the rhythm behind it.
Strategy comes before the image. Every engagement begins with the brand’s tension — what it means, who it’s for, what it’s competing against — and only then becomes a visual system. A prompt is not a concept. An output is not a campaign. The work is direction: engineering desire, then building the world that holds it.
